Any cancellation made within 14 days during low and middle season or 21 during high season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

I am not an expert, but I appreciated the comfort, the structure on different levels, the privacy and the big common areas and of course the quality of the building materials and the decoration. The view, of course. Vassilis is an asset. Attentive and welcoming. The cleaning lady looks very nice also. I plan to come back again and have already recommended your hotel to a few people. That's why I came back already once with a friend, within a few days. Wouldn't be interested in looking for another spot in Santorini, at least in spring, when it is affordable for me. I like Fira very much because it is central with a spectacular view. We really appreciated the warm swimming pool in spring. Your place is a perfect ten. First time it was a little bit damp, I am not sure why, I didn't mind that much because your hotel is exceptional. Second time it was completely spotless. Thank you for having this place. I take almost every weekend on another lovely island and would switch only for something better, which is, of course, a world renouned destination, Santorini and your hotel. About Santorini in general: I have a few remarks, having been to Santorini already three times since August. Back in August we stayed with my family in Perissa. Littering was visible, not in Oia or Fira that much, but it was quite annoying. Thankfully, this year the council took the message and it looks like your guests are not encouraged any more to litter, but the presence of litter. This has already changed in Athens also. Graffiti is not for Santorini. It gives a trashy feeling. Your neiboring guy flatly denied there is any graffiti in Santorini. I think your most prized customers might be turned off by the ghetto image the graffiti projects. Well, the guy denied, but there is quite some on the small street that connects with the main shop street right above your property, where the T-shirt shop is. And of course in many other parts of the island. I saw NONE back in August! Why is it tolerated? The main street in Perissa there was a spot which armyrikia between tavernas which seem to be used as a urinal. This level of neglect is unheard of in Santorini. I was too pissed of with everyone back then to report anything and spend time from my vacation about. The seawater in Perissa was not clear and that was because of the rotting seaweed at the sea floor. It could be collected with the last few winter storms, when it is laid out on the beach. I know this is a strange suggestion, but I have been following this issue on another island (Agistri) for a few years. Whatever complaint, is mostly a matter of mismanagement, because back in August 2014 when we visited again everything was magical. People used to walk around amazed with everything, all over the island and not just in Oia. At least something was done about the littering so far. Thanks again, Evi | 5 |

The view from our room was majestic. The location was perfect. We were surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The bus depot to travel the island was a short walk. The room was located on the caldera and the walk to the room was tiring the first time and got easier throughout the week. Once you get to the top it was well worth it (view). The pool with the waterfall was really cool and the water temperature was relaxing. The hotel manager, Vasilis was quite accommodating. He took care of getting our luggage to the transfer point. He also held our luggage after the check out time. He gave numerous recommendations on what to due while we were there. The Catholic Church was a five minute walk from the hotel. Had a fantastic time at the Venetsaos Winery wine tasting. The sunset catamaran cruise through the Nokimos Yacht Company was a highlight of the trip. Can't wait to go back to this hotel when we return!! | 5 |

The hotel was very accommodating from my arrival to my departure and they made sure that my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I took a trip to Santorini, Solo and this hotel was close to everything.
